"I met Dane 3 three years ago in loose park, during covid my friends and I would show up to loose whenever we could to look for Dane and listen to him perform. Dane has such raw talent and ambition that is rare to come across. Over the years I have been to a couple events and had him come perform at our graduation party as he was an irreplaceable part of my highschool experience. Wishing this professional saxophonist the best! Dane^2 - Dane Simonsen Dane was amazing from the beginning! When we heard him playing on the plaza, we instantly knew that we wanted him to be part of our wedding. He was very kind and patient. He explained what he was going to do in detail. Everyone at the wedding loved him and enjoyed the sound of his saxophone so much! We got a lot of compliments on him."

"In December, Dane gave a clinic to my 7-12th grade band students. He brought energy to the classroom and the students were very engaged throughout the class. My students have reflected on some of the things mentioned in our clinic since then (even after a long break from school). I have known Dane as a musician for years, and I would recommend him to breathe some life into your ensemble!"

"Dane has been performing for us at Brio Italian Grille on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City most Fridays since June. As General Manager, my job is to make sure our guests are happy, as well as provide value to the restaurant. Dane is my secret weapon; his performances add so much to the environment that nearly all guests want to stay for at least one more round of drinks. Our restaurant wouldn’t be the same without him!"

"One of the most knowledgeable musicians I’ve ever met. I took private saxophone lessons with Dane for a couple months during my senior year of high school and learned more about jazz than I had in many years prior. Recently ran back into him at a gig and he was just as enjoyable as when I had him as a teacher. I would highly recommend that anybody with a love for understanding the art of music check him out."
